Oh Delicate Daffodil, you make me smile. The photograph of you from above is my favorite all time photo. Don't tell my grandbabies. I really love them best. I threw, on the potter's wheel, five separate forms. When they were all leather hard, I sculpted floral designs and patterns. I made sure the petals stuck out and the small piece in the middle would make a statement even if three quarters of it was hidden. Then the color choices had to be made. I wondered, how could I bring out the floral motive without stuffing and hiding the sculpture itself? I love that the blue stands out in the background, as the yellow takes our attention, but the white is brightly lit in the middle framing the peach colored center. This is gorgeous and would look awesome in your office or home. Only one. Buy now.
